What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We take great pride in making a product that you will be happy with. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return. The following criteria must be met for returns: -Original packaging still in tact -Item in original condition and has been 7 days or less of you receiving the item. My package was damaged or lost? We are responsible for your item until it reaches the Post Office. Due to the fact that the USPS can be rough on packages we suggest purchasing shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, purchase the insurance listing in our shop. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. If you were overcharged shipping Your item will either be upgraded to priority shipping or you will be refunded via paypal for the additional charges. If you are confused about your shipping fees feel free to contact us. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Due to the increasing cost of international shipping I reserve the right to contact a buyer if shipping costs exceeds what was charged at checkout. International orders will be shipped one day a week (Friday) so please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you are overcharged for shipping you will be refunded the extra amount. Thank you! How long will it take to receive my order? Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
