Customs Information I am a licensed knitter for the Kumfy Schlutti Collection, Euclid Cardi, Jungle Gym Overalls w/ Skirt, Spring Time in Hollis Sweater, The Kumfy Schluttli Collection, Eviepants AIO, TBK Overalls/Skirtall, Darling Little Sweater Dress (for dolls) and Foggy Mountain Coveralls!! Email me for custom pricing! Custom slots will be offered on my Hyenacart as I become available. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required before any details are worked out and supplies ordered. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your custom order. When your custom order is completed, I will invoice you for the remainder of your total, if item is not paid for in a timely manner, and no contact is made, I will relist your item for sale. Custom items are non-returnable. MYMN Customs are the same prices as YYMN plus the cost of yarn. Which is $5 per knitted ounce of yarn. All items are shipped via USPS first class or USPS priority shipping. If you would like shipping insurance, please do so at the time of purchase. This is highly reccomended, as I am not responsible for your item once it is shipped. All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Payments: Payments are made through paypal. I do not accept Echecks or money orders. Returns/Refunds: Please email me if you have any issues with your item before returning. No returns on knitted items will be accepted, unless there was a mistake on my behalf to where the item was misrepresented. If the item is defective, defective returns are only accepted if they are unwashed/unworn items within 30 days from the purchase date. I will only pay shipping charges for returns if the item is defective, otherwise shipping charges are your responsibility. I highly reccomend you purchase shipping insurance on any return packages as I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as seconds are non-refundable. I do not offer refunds (no exceptions). I do not accept returns/exchanges for custom items. Wool Care: All my knitted items are made from 100% wool. Items can only be hand washed with luke warm water and wool wash, gently squeeze water out, and roll into a towel to remove excess water from item. Never wring your item out, as this will stretch the stitches. Lay flat to dry. Never use bleach or extreme heat on your knitted items, as this will ruin them entirely.
