I am getting a lot of people interested in my work, which is FANTASTIC! I thought I would post my policies here for everyone's information. EVERY piece of jewelry I make is a one of a kind creation. That is why they are all named. If you see a piece that you like but want changes to it, then look under my customs tab. There you will find the different types of customs that I can do. I can work with you to come up with a similar design, but it will not be an exact copy. This also applies if you want more then one of an item. You can go ahead and purchase the one you want and then go under customs and order a second item. Again it will not be an exact replica, but I will work with you and try to come up with something as close as possible (i.e. same color scheme, same knot type) When you order a custom, please shoot me an email of what you are looking for. This can be from colors, to weight of hemp, to design, to types of beads or pendants. I will get back with you within 24 hours with an idea, and we can work together on designing your perfect, one of a kind creation. Please allow at least 1 week for a custom order. If I have several customs come in at one time, I will start with the 1st order received and work from there. Throughout our emailing, I will let you know what order number you are. Children's items are made for ages 3 and over. If you are using the item for a child younger then this, please know that while hemp is a strong material, if it breaks, the beads could pose a choking hazard for the child. Use with caution and supervision. Three Little Birds is not responsible for any misuse of children's items. All sales are final, however if you have a problem with one of your items, please contact me and I will see what we can work out. I want all of my customers to be happy!!! If you purchase an already made item, please allow a 2 to 3 day turn around before the item gets shipped out. When shipping, your item will have a tracking number and I will make sure to email you that tracking number. I accept funded paypal only.
