Shipping Policy: I ship only to Canada, PR and with in the US. I will ship merchandise with in 3 days of receiving payment. Custom orders will be shipped within 1 week of payment. If there are any issues I will contact you. I will also provide a tracking number if possible. Payment Policy: The only payment I will accept is through paypal. I will not ship til after payment has cleared. So if you use e check payment must clear first before merchandise will be shipped. I also will do custom orders please remember that since each item is hand made they will not be exactly alike. If you would like multiples of the same bow or a large order please contact me to make arrangements. I will need payment up front for large orders. All sales are final.
