All items ship with DC through Paypal shipping. You will receive a DC # upon shipping of your item(s). All customs will be approved through pictures before they are shipped. There is currently a 2-3 day turn around on customs but that is subject to change and you will be notified if and when it does. All products are made with all new material and i only use the highest grade materials i can purchase. All items have been tested previous to being sold and screened for any imperfections. All clothing is hand made and should be washed in cold in the delicate cycle and line dried. Although, i admit i dry my daughter's clothes in the dryer with everything else:)and have had no problems. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it, unused, for a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. If the product has been used and you are not satisfied we will do our best to fix the problem.
