Payment

I accept funded or credit card paypal payments only. Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchasing or order will be cancelled and item will be re-listed.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. Custom items will be shipped in a prompt manner (generally within 5-7 days of payment). All orders come with delivery confirmation and I am not responsible for packages once they have shipped.

Returns

Generally, returns are not accepted as items are created specifically for each buyer. For custom orders the buyer will receive a preview image with specifications before the order is completed.

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact me within 24 hours after delivery and we can discuss replacement/refund options. Only items in new condition will be accepted for a refund of the purchase price (shipping cost not included). If returning an item, buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
