Variations in color are normal in hand dyed yarn, even among skeins which are dyed together. Although I strive to capture colors accurately, please allow for differences in computer monitors.

Payment:
Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise the item will be relisted.
Shipping:
Instock items will be shipped with 2 business days once I receive your payment. I ship through USPS, and am able to ship to the US and Canada at this time. If you live in Canada, please contact me for a quote. I will refund any shipping overage.
Returns:
A refund will be issued to the original purchaser of a returned item less shipping costs and a %10 re-stocking fee. Returns will not be accepted on sale items, customs, or "seconds".
