Under most circumstances our products are not returnable. This is for health reasons because the products can not be resold. However if you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will repair or exchange your item (depending on the nature of the problem/defect). You only pay return shipping to us, we will pay to ship the new item back to you once we recieve the damaged item. If you purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged, please retain all packing and pieces, and e-mail us photos if possible. We will work quickly with you and the USPS to get you your refund.
