Payments: I accept payment through Paypal. Both credit card and funded payments can be made to sales@rainbowsenddesigns.com.

Cancellations: Cancellations of custom orders are subject to a non refundable deposit unless cancellation is done within 24 hours of purchase. As all payments for items are due at time of purchase/ordering, if you cancel a custom order your refund will be issued (minus the non refundable depost) to the paypal address of which made the payment. Exceptions to this policy can be made if materials for your order had not been purchased at time of cancellation.

Shipping: I ship via USPS Priority. Anything under a pound will be the standard $4.05. Anything over will vary depending on weight and shipping distance. Instock items typically ship within two business days. Custom order ship times vary. Please contact us for approximate custom order turn around time.

Returns: Unwashed and unworn instock purchases may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days. Shipping will only be refunded if product is found to be defective. Flawed items may be returned within 15 days and will either be repaired or replaced at my discretion. Please contact me ahead of time with problems before shipping products back. There are no refunds or returns for custom orders.

Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse sales at my discretion.
