Payments: I accept payment through Paypal. Cancellations: Cancellations of custom orders are subject to a non refundable deposit of $10 unless cancellation is done within 24 hours of purchase. Payments for in stock items are due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours for instock items, your purchase will be cancelled and the item will be relisted for sale. Shipping: First class mail shipping is included in the price of your item. Priority mail is an option you may choose at time of purchase for an additional price as listed. Instock items typically ship within two business days. Custom order ship times vary, however due to the nature of my custom knitting, I am generally in e-mail contact with you every few days. Returns: Unwashed and unworn instock purchases may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days. Shipping will only be refunded if product is found to be defective. Flawed items may be returned within 15 days and will either be repaired or replaced at my discretion. Please contact me ahead of time with problems before shipping products back.
