Payment is required immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not paid for promptly will be relisted.
Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail (free), and delivery confirmation is provided. If you would like Priority Mail, you may choose that option during checkout. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I ship Monday - Saturday.
Returns are accepted on unworn instock purchases within 3 days of receiving item; please contact me prior to returning item. Returns are accepted on custom items only if I made a measuring error. I recheck all items before they leave to make sure they are within the right measurements. Please measure your child carefully before placing your order! If you have ANY questions about the measuring process, email me!
