Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I will ship within 48 hours after receiving payment. Refunds will only be made within 3 days of you receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted unwashed and in the same condition as they were when you received the item. Custom orders can take up to two weeks, not including shipping. Payment for customs is as follows: $10 is due upon order and the remaining amount plus shipping is due upon my completion of the item and must be paid before I am able to ship. Custom orders cannot be returned.
