Policies

I currently accept all forms of PayPal.

"Ready to ship" items: Shipping is generally within 2 days of cleared payment for ready to ship items. I generally ship in Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Shipping costs include packaging, actual postage, gas to the post office, etc. Any shipping overcharge more than $2.00 for small packages, $3.00 for large packages will be happily refunded.

Diapers and absorbent undies are not eligible for refunds due to the personal nature of the product. I will, however, gladly repair any defects in my handcrafted products (due to manufacturing defects-no misuse) if possible. Please contact me with any concerns so we may work together to make your experience a good one.

Repairs: The buyer will need to ship the item back to me and I will repair any defects in the workmanship during the first 60 days from the shipping date.

Please look carefully at any items of interest and feel free to contact me before you buy for more information and photos if you'd like. I want all my clients to be satisfied!

Custom Items: I must allow time to carefully create each item.

Currently, I say to allow 3-4 weeks for completion unless otherwise noted in the listing. Many times it is much faster-provided all fabrics are readily available and do not have to be ordered. All orders are completed in the order received so sometimes smaller orders get "stuck" behind larger ones. I will work as quickly as possible to get everything out to you.

If you are placing a larger order or I feel that it may take longer to finish your item I will let you know at the time I create your personal listing.

~Please count your order days as business days (minus Saturday & Sunday since they are my days off). I don't want you to be disappointed in the time it takes to get things you are having custom made.~

To keep the prices as low as possible custom orders will not be created until payment is received. This includes purchasing the specific fabrics to start your order. Ordering the fabric for your items can take 5-7 business days to get to me which is why it may take 3-4 weeks to complete and get shipped. Time for completion begins after the payment clears. Please be aware that Echecks on Paypal can take 4-5 business days.

Defective items are those that were improperly made ie: seam not staying stitched, items falling apart, snaps coming off and such.

~~IMPROPER FIT is not a defect. We are all shaped differently and thus not everything fits everyone. If you are in doubt please contact me for more measurements or only purchase 1 item and check for fit first.~~

Shop Hours

I check emails and my stores throughout the day Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST. I occasionally check at other times during the evenings and weekends but that is time for my family so I try not to work then. Thank you for allowing me to serve you and still have time for my family. :)
