Shipping: I ship all instock orders within 2 days. My usual method of delivery is First Class for anything under 13oz and Priority for anything over 13oz. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders. Returns: I gladly accept returns on items returned to me within one week of receiving the item. I only accept returns on new unused and unwashed items. I am sorry I cannot accept returns on custom orders. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Snap Replacement Policy: If snaps break within 30 days of purchase, please return the item to me. I will replace the snaps and pay to ship the item back to you. After 30 days I will still replace broken snaps, but the customer is responsbile for shipping both ways. Stalking: If you stalk an item for someone else please have them send payment to ekmaurer3 @ hotmail.com and also include the order # in the payment. In addition, please send me an email letting me know the item was stalked.
