Shipping: All instock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. I ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. Every package within the USA includes delivery confirmation. Insurance on domestic and international packages may be purchased for an additional cost. I cannot be held responsible for items after they leave my hands. I am happy to provide combined or international shipping quotes. I am only able to ship to addresses provided through Paypal. Payment Options: I accept funded or credit card payments through Paypal. Kindly pay withing 24 hours of purchase or item(s) will be relisted. Stalking: If you are stalking for another buyer, please email me and forward the request for payment to them so that I am provided with the correct shipping address through Paypal. Returns & Exchanges: I do my best to accurately describe and photograph all my fiber, the skein you see is the skein you receive. Colors may appear different on your monitor and/or in person. I do my best to ensure even color repeats, that being said, each skein is hand-dyed, variation may occur. Defective items may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please contact me with concerns before shipping. Pooling in knitted items is not considered defective. Items listed as "seconds" may not be returned. Custom Orders: Custom orders will be completed in 1-4 weeks after payment is received. Payment in full must be made before I can begin working on your order.
