PAYMENT POLICY I accept all forms of PP and RME. If you pay by echeck, the check must clear before I will ship the item. If purchasing an instock item, I expect payment within 2 hours of you placing the item in your cart. REFUND POLICY If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will provide you with a refund. All in-stock items will be refunded at full purchase price, less shipping. For custom orders, I will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and less shipping. Any deposit is not refundable. Item(s) must be returned to me within 10 days of purchase. If the item has been worn by your LO or washed, I will not provide a refund. If item is returned to me damaged (not including damage done in-transit), i.e. missing drawstrings, smelling of smoke or urine, stained, ripped, torn, etc., I will not refund any monies. Money will not be refunded until I have received the item undamaged from you. I will also be glad to exchange any in-stock item for another in-stock item of equal value. I will gladly repair or reconstruct the item to better meet your needs. I am easy to work with! All you have to do is ASK. I provide all diaper covers to you washed and lanolized (unless you specify otherwise). I use unscented Woolie Wash from Ewe Need It on Hyena Cart. I love this wool wash and use it exclusively! Please note that I live in Georgia, and it is always humid here. This means it make take 2-3 days (or longer!) for the item to dry. I will only send the item once it has completely dried. Stinky, mildewy wool is not good! I usually ship very quickly and will keep you updated on progress. But keep in mind, my LIFE HAPPENS, too. Sometimes my SuperMommy responsibilities trump a post office trip;) Again, I will keep you posted as to when I will be shipping. **We are a pet friendly home (2 dogs, 1 cat).**
