PAYMENT

I currently accept Pay Pal, check or money order. Please contact me if you wish to use a check or money order to pay for your order. Orders paid for with check or money order will not be shipped until they clear. Buy It Now button is a commitment to purchase the item at the stated price. Payment is expected within an hour of purchase or the item will be restocked.

REFUNDS

I do not accept returns except in the case of gross defect. Defects are determined by me upon examination of the product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded upon verification of the defect. If no defect is found, shipping will not be refunded. Damage during shipping is not a defect. Please see details about damage to packages under SHIPPING. Not liking a particular fragrance is not considered a defect. If you would like a sample of a fragrance before making a larger purchase, please choose from my samples listings.

SHIPPING

I ship twice a week, Tuesday and Friday, via USPS. If you want faster shipping, please contact me prior to purchase. If your order is a custom order, full payment must be made before your items will be shipped. Insurance is available on your purchase. I strongly recommend purchasing insurance on any breakable items. The USPS is not particularly careful with the packages it delivers and while I package my products carefully, breakage can occur. I will assist with damage claims on any insured packages. Uninsured packages are shipped at the buyers peril.
