We are a pet and child friendly home. All products are washed before they are sent, but please keep this in mind if you are allergic to either.

Should a product oversell, the first purchaser by the Hyena Cart system will get the product. I will do my best honor all other purchases, but should I not be able to, or should the other purchasers decide they would prefer a refund, one will be issued immediately on my knowledge of the decision.

Any shipping overcharge of $1 or more will be refunded within 24 hours, and I am always happy to combine shipping.

If your treasures is defective, please contact me, and we will work out a solution, whether it be a refund or exchange.

If you send me yarn to work up, disliking the way it works up will not be a reason for a refund. I am sorry about this, but while I will do my best to make sure you are 100% happy, I cannot control how the yarn will pool. Each treasure has its own personality.
