SHIPPING

I offer Priority Mail with DC for shipping within the US. First Class International is offered for shipping to Canada. If you prefer to ship First Class within the US, please contact me beforehand to make arrangements.

In-stock items should ship within 3 business days of payment received. If you need it shipped sooner, please just email me and I'll do my best to get it to the post office ASAP. Custom items are subject to the customs list, but I generally will not ever let my customs list go beyond 4 weeks. Always feel free to contact me before during or after placing a custom order.

Insurance is always strongly suggested being that once packages are out of my hands at the Post office I cannot be responsible for them. DC is always used within the US.

LOCAL pickup - if you are local to me and wish to pick up your item to save on shipping, please place your order, email me and I'll refund your shipping cost.




RETURNS

Returns with a non-faulty item: If the items are unused, unworn and returned to me in the same condition received, I will refund you 100% of the item cost minus fees (via Paypal, no shipping refunds) if you notify me you are returning the item within 5 days of receipt of the items. If the items are used or washed within the 5 days I will refund you 50% of the item cost minus fees (via Paypal). No refunds after 5 days of receipt of an item. You do need to pay return shipping to me with delivery confirmation please.

Faulty Item Return: If I have made an error in sizing or an item is faulty please contact me. I am an honest person and wouldn't do so intentionally, and will work to make the problem right. Ways to contact me: ellie-jaynedesigns@charter.net, DS: 2Pinks, Contact form through my Hyena Cart.

No returns on 'send your own fabric' dresses or shorts sets as they are complete customs except in the case of a defect.




CUSTOM ORDERS

I gladly accept custom orders on dresses, shorts sets and infant gift sets. I require a non-refundable deposit. Deposit will depend on item requested. Once the item is completed, I will email the buyer and request the remaining payment. Custom hairbows require full payment up front.

Custom orders of dresses or shorts sets will be completed within 4 weeks of deposit. Custom hairbows will be completed within 2 weeks of payment received.




PAYMENT

I accept all forms of Paypal and will accept Money orders and E-checks. E-check and money order items will only ship when the payment clears (3-8 business days).




NON PAYMENT

Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be relisted unless we have a prior arrangement.
