At this time we can only accept payment through PayPal. Your shipping address with PayPal should be confirmed. This is to protect both buyer and seller. Payment must be made within 72 hours unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are using an echeck through PayPal, your order will ship after payment clears.

Lottery/auction winners must pay within 72 hours unless prior arrangements have been made. If the winner does not pay, another winner will be chosen at our discretion.

USA shipping: We ship via USPS unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are an international customer please contact us prior to purchase. All duties, taxes, additional shipping charges, etc, in an international transaction are the responsibility of the buyer.


*Refunds and Exchanges*
Returns: As we know, slight variations are the mark of a handmade product and are to be expected. We make every effort to properly describe and provide ample scans and photographs of each item. We are also happy to answer any questions that you may have before you purchase. In the event that you find the item wasn't described properly or you didn't receive what you expected, you may return the item. However, you must communicate with us within 3 days of receipt AND we must receive the item back within 10 days. Absolutely no exceptions. Items must be returned at your expense. We will refund the purchase price or replace the item, less any shipping charges, once we receive the return. Item must be in new, unwashed/unused condition.

Please educate yourself in the proper manner and method of babywearing. If you need instruction in the proper use of your new baby carrier don't hesitate to speak with us. Thoroughly check your carrier before wearing your child. Above all else, USE COMMON SENSE. We can not be held responsible for accident or injury.
