Ordering I require payment within 72 hours, unless other arrangements have been made, or the item will be re-listed and the buyer will be flagged. Communication is key :)

If my cart oversells, then I will offer another nursing cover in the same fabric, provided I have it in-stock or can get it easily. If I don’t have the same fabric, I will offer the buyer a refund or let the buyer choose another fabric from a selection I give you.

I reserve the right to refuse an order based on a buyer’s feedback.



Shipping I offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and Canada Post.

I will ship in-stock items w/ in 3 business days

Insurance is recommended, and is an additional $1.70 in the US. I am not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in the mail.

All US packages get free Delivery Confirmation

I only ship to addresses in Paypal. If an item is returned to me, the buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping again.



Refunds and Returns I will allow returns within in 5 days of receipt of item. Item must be unwashed and unworn. In the event of a defect or error on my part I will pay for return shipping and DC and I will refund the buyer's money. In the event of a buyer simply wishing to return an item, the same within 5 days of receipt applies but buyer is expected to pay return shipping + DC and only the item total (no shipping) will be refunded.



Payments I only accept Paypal. E-check orders will ship when the payment clears (3-8 business days).



Custom Orders I gladly accept custom orders and require a $10 non-refundable deposit. Once the item is completed, I will email the buyer and request the remaining payment.

Custom orders will be completed within 3 weeks of deposit.

Custom orders are not returnable unless they are defective and unwashed/unused.



Lotteries/Auctions Winner must pay within 72 hours unless other arrangements have been made. If the winner does not pay, I will have my husband pick another winner. :)
