Note these policies are in place for both stores Gecko Jewelry and Roxie's Gourmet Treats. Any questions just ask.

Shipping: I ship with USPS, with delivery confirmation, within 48 hrs from day of order. International orders will be mailed every Tuesday and Friday - Jewelry only on Friday. Confirmtaion of Delivery is included. Insurance is an extra $1.80. I will not be held responsible for what happens to the purchase once it leaves my hands. If you need it shipped faster or a different way just let me know.

Payment: I require payment or communication within 2 days, or I am entitled to relist an item and flag the buyer for non-payment. If you need some help or assistance just ask me. I am easy to work with and willing to help.

Returns: I will accept returns with in 10 days of item being shipped. This allows enough time if their is a defect with the item. If it comes broken or damaged in mail, I am not responsible for it unless you purchased insurance, Sorry! I will not take back an item that has been worn. I expect item returned to me with confirmation of delivery and insurance.

I will give store credit for returned item plus shipping cost. Or I can send you, your money back minus 15% restocking fee for the item. Shipping cost will be a loss to the buyer.

I will be glad to do custom orders. Just ask me and let's see what we can do. I have done many in the past and love to find new jewelry pieces put them together for the customer. As well as custome orders for dog treats! I expect 1/2 down and the other 1/2 due at time of shipping. If buyer decides to cancel the order they do not get their 1/2 up front cost back.

Lottery/Auctions

Once an lottery or auction is over I expect winner to contact me within 3 days of the event ending. If I can't get in touch with winner to get their shipping information, I will contact the next higher bidder/winner.

Privacy Policy: I do not give out any customers address or any information at all. I may from time to time send out information on a sale that I may be having. This will go to only my customers that have emailed me or purchased from me.
