Orders:

Unless we have other arrangements worked out, payment should be made within 72 hours. If payment is not received, the item will be re-listed. I know things happen, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, however buyers will be flagged for second offense of non-payment on an order.

If my cart should oversell, I will give you the option of a refund or a custom item of equal value of your choosing. If you want an exact replacement, I will try my best, but I can’t guarantee the availability of the same materials.

I’m sure we can work together to find a replacement you will love!

I reserve the right to refuse an order based on negative feedback.



Shipping:

I ship by USPS, Priority or First Class, and will include delivery confirmation.

All items other than custom orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment.

Insurance is not required, but I am not responsible for the item once it has been shipped.

I will only ship to verified addresses through PayPal.



Refunds and Returns:

Items that are in new condition may be returned within 5 days of receipt. They must be unworn.

- If your return is due to a defect in the item, I will pay for shipment back and offer you a replacement item or a refund.

-If your item does not fit, you can return it for a refund or a replacement at your expense. Please refer to the measurements listed before placing your order to ensure a good fit. :)

-Returns for any other reason will be at the buyer’s expense.



Payment:

I am only accepting payment through PayPal at this time. It must be made within 72 hours unless other arrangements have been made. If you are using an echeck through PayPal, the order will ship within 2 business days of payment clearing.



Customs:

If you have purchased a custom order slot, the item will ship within 2 weeks from the time that all details of the custom order are worked out and agreed on.
