1. All items, except Dri-line and pins and snappis (obviously LOL) are made by me, please allow 1-3 days for production and shipping time. 2. I will ship the day that I complete your order unless it is late in the day or a weekend or holiday. 3. If you are ordering a large number of items (specifically diapers and covers) please allow a week for production, or packaging time. 4. If there is an item you do not see that you would like made for you please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your needs. 5. All shipping will be exact...if you are over charged I will refund you the remainder after I have sent your items if it is more than $1 difference. 6. All items will be pre-washed with Country Save, eco-friendly laundry detergent, it has no dyes, fragrances, phosphates, enzymes, optical brighteners or harsh chemicals, and is biodegradable. Ecover natural fabric softener may also be used. 7. Bamboo will take a few washes to reach maximum absorbency, especially the velour, so be patient if you experience some leaks/wicking with the first few uses. Using bleaches, fabric softeners, essential oils, enzymes, and brighteners when washing diapers can cause then to be less absorbent. 8. All of my items are hand-sewn by me and I stand behind my products, if you are not satisfied with the workmanship, please let me know and I will be happy to replace or refund for that item up to 30 days after initial purchase. Picture proof will be required before a refund will be issued. Not following the directions and care information I send with my items will void any possibility of returns or refunds. 9. Please remember that I am a work at home mom with a 2 small children and only if something very serious comes up I may have to put off orders...if this happens you will be contacted immediatly and either refunded or compensated (discounted) for your order...it is your choice. 10. I take no responsibility for any harm that may come to you or your child if my product is used incorrectly....please remember that there are many ways that any item in your home could become a hazard for a small child....lets work together to keep our children safe, always be aware of all items around your child that could pose a hazard...ALSO PLEASE REMEMBER: if you are buying something with essential oils please keep in mind that not all essential oils are safe for pregnant women or children, please do your research and be safe when using anything containing essential oils! Information about my labels: In compliance with CPSIA labelling for the USA (I have to even though I live in Canada) I have done the best that I can do to label the products properly for you with washing instructions, date of manufaturing (DOM), Lot numbers, and fabric content. Because I use so many different fabrics I decided to make one generic label and write in the proper information manually with a non-smudge ink. In the fiber content section I write the outer fabric (when dealing with diapers) in that space and use the blank space at the bottom of my labels to write the inner fabrics. You will also find that the fabrics are abbreviated as there is no way for me to spell out things like "25% organic cotton/ 75% bamboo viscose" in such a small amount of space....on the inside of your label the whole words are written out so that there is no doubt that I have labelled these correctly. Abbreviations are as follows: BV = bamboo viscose OC = organic cotton Poly = polyester OH = organic hemp C = cotton
