Longies

Custom orders- I can not refund custom orders. All measurements and choices of yarn and embellishments are expected within 5 days of purchase of a custom slot. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

Any problems should be brought to my attention immediately. I will work with you to come to an agreement on how to fix the problem. Your garment is under warranty for the first 14 days of when you first receive the item. I will replace the item at my discretion. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return item.

Please try on the garment prior to washing. I can not refund or exchange items that have been washed or worn. Once covers have been worn we can not be responsible for any wear or tear to the cover.

Washing Instructions- Hand Wash ONLY! Add a small amount of wool wash to warm water. Turn item inside out submerge in water and gently swish until wet. Let soak at least 20-30 minutes. Gently squeeze excess water out of cover. Roll in a towel and press to get excess water out. Lay flat to dry.

Spray Lanolin- Spray inside of garment after washing and in between washes. Gently spray then lightly rub into wool.

Wool wash and lanolin spray recommended- we do not recommend wool wash with essential oils:

Ram’s Ma’am is not responsible for garment damaged by washing. Yarns are hand dyed and may bleed if wool wash with essential oils is used. We are not responsible for bleeding onto diapers, furniture, cloths, etc.

If you have problems with bleeding: Strip the lanolin out of the wool item. Put a 1/4 cup white vinegar and water in a microwave safe bowl. place the wool item in the bowl, folding if necessary, squeeze water and vinegar through wool adding more water to saturate and cover the wool item. Place bowl in microwave and turn on high for 2 minutes, let rest 5 minutes, repeat 2 more times. Do not move the wool or agitate it. Let it sit until completely cool, overnight is good. Rinse the wool in cool water using a drop of Dawn helps get the smell of the vinegar out. he wash an lanolize as you would normally.

All covers are washed and lanolized prior to being sent to customers. Payments- All forms of paypal are accepted. Deposits on custom slots are non-refundable.

YYMH - yarn is the deposit if you neglect to pay for the item once it is completed you forfeit the yarn as payment for the item. I reserve the right to sell the item and refund the difference from the YYMH cost.

Returns will not be accepted on items which are: Marked as “seconds" or "imperfect", or a custom fit different from my usual measurements, Personalized items, additional ruffles/side pockets/extra embellishments.

Shipping- Ram’s Ma’am can not be responsible for items once they leave our hands. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. We suggest that you purchase insurance on your item(s). I ship via the United States Postal Service - First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

Priority Mail service can be requested at an additional cost. Shipping is based on the weight of the item(s). Ram’s Ma’am ships to the United States and Canada. International shipping is available if the buyer pays for priority international shipping with tracking.
