Please pay for your item within 6 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. I accept paypal only. I do my best to ship within 3 days of payment and always include delivery confirmation. Insurance is not included in the shipping price, but is highly recommended and available upon request and payment. I will give you a refund on defective dolls or clothing provided you contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package and the doll or clothing is still in new, un-played with condition. The item must be returned to me at your expense. If you are unhappy with your doll, please contact me immediately and we will try to work out a solution!
