Payment

I am currently only accepting paypal as payment. I am working on getting my credit card merchant account back up and running and will list it here when it becomes available.

Immediate payment is appreciated. If payment is not received within 3 days I will re-list the item.

Shipping

I prefer to ship USPS First Class whenever possible. If you would like to have your order shipped USPS Priority, please choose that option before checkout. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

I am happy to ship internationally. Please be aware that, as the buyer, you are responsible for knowing what can be shipped into your country, and for any duty/customs fees/or value added tax that your country might levy. If you would like your item shipped internationally please contact me before payment and i will let you know what addition shipping charges are necessary.

Unfortunately, packages sometimes do go missing. If your order doesn't arrive in a timely manner, please let me know. I can't investigate if I don't know there's a problem.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of bath and body products, I cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, however, I will do whatever I can to remedy the problem.

If you are unhappy with a yarn or fiber order please let me know. I will do whatever I can to remedy the problem. If no remedy can be found, I'd be happy to refund the purchase amount for goods returned in 'like new' condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
