Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax from New York State residents. Your tax rate is determined by your shipping address. Please note that the cost of shipping and handling is subject to tax in New York State.

New York residents please wait for an adjusted Invoice prior to paying, which will include your taxes owed. Your payment will be refunded and a new bill sent if you pay without including these taxes.

# Payment via Paypal or Credit Card through Paypal is accepted through this site.

Payment must be made or arranged within 12 hours of purchase or the item will be automatically restocked.

Shipping
Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs. In-stock items ship within 3 business days, custom and semi-custom items ship within 15 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered, one month to 6 weeks for International, depending on shipping method. If a package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will only ship packages to the address listed on the paypal invoice. If you want your package shipped somewhere else, you must add the address in your account prior to purchase.

Please understand that once your package is sent out, Crystal City Fibers bears no responsibility for it's delivery or acceptance. Please make sure that if you are concerned about delivery, to purchase or request insurance at check out. Thank you!

We apologize that shipping cannot be combined when purchasing from Indie Dyers Cooperative, as items are often shipped from two different states.

Customer Service & Returns
All of our items are hand crafted unique pieces. Please note that we strive for excellence in our workmanship but since they are human made and not machine made there may be variations in the final product. Our first priority is your complete satisfaction! You are always welcome to contact us with any questions about our products. If you do encounter a problem with one of our products, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact us for solutions or a refund authorization. You will receive a response within 24 business hours. Returns are accepted on unused merchandise by the original purchaser only within 30 days of purchase. Items sold as a "second" or "used" are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Custom Orders are non-refundable. All custom orders are final sale, so please make sure for custom garments you give accurate measurements. Full refunds, minus shipping will be accepted for workmanship flaws, such as seams coming apart. You must contact us for a refund authorization to send the item back and receive a refund or have the item fixed. This choice is at our discretion.

A Note On Construction
All items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment.
All fabrics have been pre-washed and shrunk unless otherwise noted.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information given to us for the purposes of purchasing our products, joining our mailing list, contacting us through our form or email or any other purpose will remain private. No information, including email addresses, names, etc.. will be sold, given, traded or passed on to any other person without express permission of the owner.
