Shipping
Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs. In-stock items ship within 3 business days, custom and semi-custom items ship within 10 business days unless other wise stated in the listing. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered, one month to 6 weeks for International, depending on shipping method. If a package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will only ship packages to the address listed on the paypal invoice. If you want your package shipped somewhere else, you must add the address in your account prior to purchase.

Please understand that once your package is sent out, Cuddlebub Creations bears no responsibility for it's delivery or acceptance. Please make sure that if you are concerned about delivery, to purchase or request insurance at check out. Thank you!

We apologize that shipping cannot be combined when purchasing from other stores at Indie Dyers Cooperative, as items are shipped from different states. When applicable, over payment of shipping of $1.00 or more, will be refunded by WoolyBubs.

Customer Service & Returns
All of our items are hand crafted unique pieces. Please note that we strive for excellence in our workmanship but since they are human made and not machine made there may be variations. Our first priority is your complete satisfaction! You are always welcome to contact me with any questions about Cuddlebub Creations products.
If you do encounter a problem with one of my products, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact me for solutions or a refund authorization. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

Returns are accepted on unused merchandise by the original purchaser only within 30 days of purchase. Items sold as a "second" or "used" are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Custom Orders are non-refundable. All custom orders are final sale, so please make sure for custom garments you give accurate measurements. Full refunds, minus shipping will be accepted for workmanship flaws. You must contact me for a refund authorization to send the item back and receive a refund or have the item fixed. This choice is at our discretion. Refunds will not be given because you do not like the colour or you change you mind about the purchase.

A Note On Construction
All items are made in a smoke free environment. Please note we have a cat friendly home and take this into consideration if you are allergic to animals. All items are crafted in a room where our pets are not allowed. Our pets also do not wear or use the items we make.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information given to us for the purposes of purchasing our products, joining our mailing list, contacting us through our form or email or any other purpose will remain private. No information, including email addresses, names, etc.. will be sold, given, traded or passed on to any other person without express permission of the owner.
