Payments, Purchases & Orders

• If you have clicked ‘Buy Now’, you are the buyer.

• Payment is expected within 12 hours, and items will be restocked if payment is not received.

• Custom orders are accepted as time allows.

• Gift certificates are not currently available.

• At this point, PayPal is the only accepted payment.

• Every precaution has been taken to ensure that this cart does not oversell. In the event that there is a glitch and items sold exceed items available, I will either A: make additional items if material and time allow, or B: refund the 2nd (and beyond) buyers.

• Customers who do no pay, do not maintain contact about either customs or shipping etc. risk being black listed from this store, and having factual feedback left.

• If you as a buyer have negative feedback, please contact me BEFORE you purchase.

• No item will ship before the payment clears. (E-check users, I am in Canada, this process may take a bit longer)

Shipping

• All packages are shipped via Canada Post, ONLY to the address in PayPal.

• Custom items are shipped within 48 hours of completion, details about completion timing are in each listing.

• In Stock items are shipped within 48 hours of payment, M-F. Items paid for after noon on Friday will ship Monday.

• Shipping of large parcels to the US is via Expedited Parcel, 6-10 day delivery ETA Small envelopes go by international lettermail.

• Shipping of large parcels within Canada is via Express Post, ETA varies by region. Smaller parcels travel via lettermail to save you money!

• International shipping, please contact me for quote before purchase.

• Insurance & tracking is included on all large parcels valued at over $40.00 to Canada and the USA. You may always upgrade at your expense on small parcels of lesser value.

• If for any reason your parcel has not arrived 20 days from when it was shipped, I will file a claim with Canada Post. We will work out at that time if you need a refund or a re-make of the item(s).

• If an item is returned to me as undeliverable, I will re-ship at your expense.

• If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me and I will file a claim.

Refunds & Returns

• Please read item descriptions carefully to avoid unnecessary returns/exchanges.

• Please do not ship any item back, for any reason, with out contacting me. I will not process a return without an Return Authorization.

• No items can be returned after use or wash. Please look your items over when you receive them.

• An item returned due to a ‘change of heart’ will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be shipped back at the buyers expense. (Insurance/tracking highly recommended, no part of a refund will be issued until the item is back in my shop, in it’s original condition.)

• If I have made an error in shipping/sizing I will pay for priority shipping, either to my shop, or to my US based parcel receiving service.

• If there appears to be a defect in the item, please contact me right away, and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Custom Orders

Policies for custom orders are in progress. Please contact me if you have questions.

Custom Items may not be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defective product.

Lotteries / Auctions

• Lottery & Auction winners will be contacted within 3 hours of the end time, and have 48 hours to pay.

• Winners will be contacted using the email they entered the lotto/auction with. If this is not an email that you can access, please contact me if you are the winner.

• A new winner will be selected randomly at that time (48-51 hours after end time)

• Please do not bid/enter if you cannot/will not fulfill the terms of the lotto/auction.
