ORDERING POLICIES
According to Hyena Cart all items placed in the cart should be paid for. Therefore please do not add an item to cart without the intention of paying for it. In the event that any item in the cart should oversell, the item will be sold to the first person who carted it. A full refund will be issued to anyone else.
I will honor all pricing, should there ever be a typo or any error in a listing.
SHIPPING POLICIES
In stock items will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via USPS. Insurance is an option and will not be added unless otherwise stated. Insurance is recommended as I can not be responsible for lost items. I try to keep the shipping costs reasonable and estimated. If a overcharge of more than a $1 occurs I will issue a refund. An email will be sent to the buyer when an item ships.
Items will be shipped to the address provided in your Paypal or RME account(please put address in message box). Please take the time to make sure this information is up to date before purchasing and paying for your items.
Refunds are issued on a case by case bases I will look at each case individually, and make decisions accordingly.
Items are deemed lost after 4 weeks.
International customers please select the International option. These items will be shipped via First Class International.
Canadian's please select International as well. Items will be shipped via First Class International.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Please ask all questions before your purchase, to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. If there is anything you are unhappy about, please do not hesitate to contact me!
At this time, returns/refunds will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the workmanship or a misrepresentation in the listing. These items must be returned in new and unwashed condition, within 2 weeks. Shipping charges are fully refunded if the error is mine. All refunds will be processed when I receive said item(s).
Fit issues are not considered a defect where measurements are in the listing, or provided by the customer. Custom-made items, lotteries, auctions, and second's items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Color matching issues are also not considered a defect. All computer monitors have varying shades and may look different from mine to yours. I try to be as accurate as possible, but I cannot be responsible for what you expect the item's color to look like. I am happy to send more photos if that will help you!
PAYMENTS
Paypal (all methods) is my preferred method of payment, however I will accept RME. Please cart items and email me prior to clicking the pay with RME button . Please be sure your address is current in your Paypal account. Please also but mailing address in message box with RME.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items require a $20 deposit which will be taken off of total. If payment is not received when completed deposit will be kept as a result of non-payment.
For custom items please check the cutoms list for specific time frames on completion. Please refer to the available standard size chart and tips on how to measure your baby to help with the measurements. Email me if you have any questions!
LOTTERIES/AUCTIONS
From time to time, I will run a lottery or auction. I expect contact within 48 hours of lottery/auction end to complete the transaction.
