Please allow 7 days from when I receive payment for your custom order to be completed and shipped. I will let you know if it will take me longer. In stock items will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. I ship from home via Paypal. I always ship with delivery confirmation. Paypal will send you an email with the delivery confirmation number after I print the shipping label. Insurance is optional. If you would like insurance let me know and I will calculate the cost for you. Unfortunately I cannot offer a return policy at this time but if for some reason you notice a flaw in my sewing after receiving your item I will fix it free of charge and cover the shipping.
