First Class Shipping is always free! If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me upon purchasing and I can manually invoice you with the upgraded shipping charges, which are as follows: Priority, $5.00; International, $10.00

For in-stock orders, we will ship within two business days of confirmed payment. Custom orders are listed with their expected turn around time, which includes the day we ship, meaning the timeframe listed inlcudes your shipping date. If we are backed up on custom orders, we will contact you when you make your order with an updated turnaround, when you can decide if you'd like to complete the transaction or cancel your order, at which time you will be credited the full amount of purchase price and shipping charges.

We welcome international orders and try our hardest to ensure a smooth process and no hassle! If you are outside of the United States and Canada, please select international shipping. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail to most countries. Many times we are able to ship below the cost listed, in which case you will receive a refund of any leftover shipping charges. If you would prefer to receive a quote before purchasing an item, you can email us at info@babybeandesign.com and we can send you a quote and a PayPal invoice for the adjusted shipping amount instead. We encourage purchasing shipping insurance as well, but if you decide not to purchase it we cannot be held liable for any damaged or missing packages.

Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom order, whether listed in our store or as a special request. When ordering, you pay a flat rate deposit to hold your spot at which time you will receive a confirmation email with the price remaining to be paid when item is completed. Upon completion you will be mailed another email requesting the remaining balance due. When we have received payment, your order will ship within two business days.

Our Refund Policies

We pride ourselves on our workmanship, and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your product is flawed or just not quite what you envisioned, we offer a full refund minus original shipping charges. Please fill out the return invoice that will arrive with your order, repackage the item, and return. You are responsible for making sure the item is returned in the condition that it was shipped. If you are returning the item for a cosmetic defect, you have the option to exchange for an item of equal value.

We accept most returns on custom order pieces as well. The only exception is items that have custom lettering on them.

Our work is all handmade, therefore you may see slight variations from piece to piece, making each unique. We promise to use the highest quality materials available in every product we sell. Whenever possible we use organic and natural materials, and even dye much of our own yarn and material. The process may take a little longer, but the end result is worth it, a true work of art for your little bean. We promise quality in every piece, friendly service, and quick turnarounds. We promise to quickly resolve any conflicts to the best of our ability and work tirelessly to make your custom order exactly as you envisioned.
