Payments:
We accept all payment types via Paypal, and also the new Revolution Money Exchange (RME). If you wish to pay through RME, please put that in your checkout notes and I will contact you for payment.
Payment for item(s) must be received within 24 hours of the purchase time or the item(s) will be restocked.
Failure to follow the payment policies can result in you being blocked from future purchases.
Shipping:
I offer a combined shipping discount when you purchase multiple items being mailed to a single address. On most items, reduced shipping is shown for a second item. If this is not the case with your order you can do one of two things to pay for your items with combined shipping: 1. Pay at the time of purchase the amount generated at checkout, and I will later refund you the difference; 2. Wait for me to send you an invoice reflecting the combined discount. For me to do this second option, you must email me to request a combined shipping invoice.
The shipping totals you see in my listings are for sales in the USA and Canada (international) only. If you are outside of Canada, the rate listed in the international shipping does not apply. Please email me with your country/city/postal code for a shipping quote.
I aim to mail all items within 2-3 business days of payment receipt. Please note that lately my post office is refusing to scan the online pre-paid labels (with dc#) unless I hand deliver them to a postal clerk behind the counter, and pay for a serivce on your package. Due to this, I am now hand delivering all packages to the post office and paying for services there to ensure they get scanned in. This may take an additional day for me to do vs. mailing items right from my mailbox as I did in the past. I will still pre-print your shipping label online via Paypal as always.
Gift Wrapping:
If you are buying an item(s) for a gift, please let me know. I am happy to gift wrap your items for free. I can also mail your gift item to the receipent at no extra charge.
Returns:
I only accept returns on new, unused, items. Please email me for a return authorization. If you do not, your return will not be accepted. Items being returned must be received back to me within 7 days of receipt, and at the buyers expense. I cannot refund shipping charges.
I inspect all items carefully prior to sending them off to you. If there is a workmanship defect of your *new and unused* item, I will need to access the defect first before giving a refund. There will be a few options on what can be done. I can either fix it, replace it with a like item, or give you a refund. Refunds will not be given on used items.
