Shipping: Although insurance is optional, I highly recommend it. I am not responsible for your package after I deliver it to the P.O. Canadian buyers who choose 1st-Class must cover extra cost for Certificate of Mailing. Buyers from all other countries will be invoiced for actual cost of *Priority* shipping. Returns/Exchanges: I accept returns/exchanges only if the product is defective-- not for sizing issues, "colorway remorse," minor flaws, etc. Please measure your child carefully when choosing a size. All measurements given in my store are approximate. It is very difficult to accurately measure an item after it is knit, especially the ribbing. Most of my measurement calculations are done beforehand based on my personal gauge, and then the items are knit accordingly. I do my best to make your item completely fabulous, but part of the beauty of handknit items is that they are uniquely made by imperfect human hands. :) Please keep this in mind when you order/receive your item. If you do happen to receive a defective item, I am more than happy to repair/replace it at my discretion.
