Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. International orders are accepted, however be aware that delivery confirmation and insurance are not available on international orders shipped 1st class or in a Flat Rate Envelope. Customer is responsible for any customs charges. When ordering please let me know how you would like your customs slip filled out - if nothing is specified I will desribe items as "cloth diapers". For all orders - While I can control when your item is mailed, I cannot control delivery times. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Shipping insurance is recommended for all orders. International customers who would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me for a shipping quote.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted for gross manufacturing flaws only. Once an item has been washed it cannot be returned. Sizing by weight is approximate as all babies are shaped differently - please check measurements before ordering to ensure proper fit.
