Shipping: Please make sure that the address provided through PayPal is verified and the correct address. I will not be responsible for address mistakes, and will only ship to address provided through PayPal unless other arrangements are made before purchase is made. All checks, money order, or e-checks, must clear my bank before sending out an order, please be understanding during this process, as it takes about 7 to 10 days, that is why I suggest PayPal. Shipping will basically depend on the size of our diaper order, already processed orders, etc. I ask 36 hours "per" diaper, but this usually isn't the case and I will keep you updated and you will know when your order has shipped. Shipping calculates as first class with handling fee. This fee is to cover packaging supplies and PP fees. If you have an order over 13 oz it will have to be shipped Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Returns and Exchanges: I do not offer refunds at this time. I do however offer exchanges, only on NEW, UNWASHED ITEMS. I reserve the right to cancel an order, due to miscommunication from the buyer or no communication at all.
