:::  All our items are inspected before being listed for sale.  However, should a defect be found after an item arrives in your home, we will gladly repair it within 90 days of purchase.  We will pay for shipping to us and return shipping for the item to you.  If for any reason the item cannot be repaired, we will either replace it with a similar item or refund your purchase at our discretion.

 

:::  Returns for items other than defect are accepted within 14 days from shipping.  Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.  Notice of all returns is required and a delivery confirmation number must be provided as proof of shipping.  Refunds will be sent once the item is received.

 

 

:::  Items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.  If you pay by eCheck or money order, your order will be shipped as soon as the your payment has cleared. 

 

:::  Every Three Pears item is created by me in our home.  We are a non smoking home and do not allow others to smoke in our home due to asthma.  We also do not use candles, perfumes, or air fresheners for the same reason.  We do own a cat, but she has little interest in the sewing room and prefers the warm sunny spots in the living room. :D

 

:::  Communication is of the upmost importance in any online transaction.  I try to answer any email the same day, but at times it may be a bit longer.  If it has been more than 48 hours since your original email, please resend your email.  I do have 3 children under the age of 5 and when one gets sick they tend to all get sick and it can be a little hectic.  I will try and at least drop a quick note that something is delaying my response with an estimated time when I will answer your questions.
