Shipping

Shipping from Canada. Due to extreme differences in postage please choose the following at check out to ensure you are paying the correct shipping costs
US Residents - choose First Class Shipping
Canadian Residents - choose Priority Shipping
All others - choose International Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within 3 days of payment unless otherwise specified in the specific listing.
Purchases made on weekends or holidays will be shipped out by next business day unless specified otherwise.
Insurance is included in all shipping prices as this is how Canada Post works. Small items do not include shipping. Items stocked without insurance will give this as an option at checkout. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands, insurance is always highly recommended.
Please allow at least 6-12 days for items to arrive at your door. There may be some delays due to items being stopped at customs.
Laines Magnifiques is not responsible for possible customs fees and duties on your items.

Payments

Payment is expected within 2 hours of purchase or item will be restocked without notice. If you need more time please contact me as I am very reasonable and easy to work with.
Methods of payments accepted through PayPal are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal (funded and e-check)
If you are paying by e-check please be aware that item purchased will not be shipped until e-check payment as cleared my account.

Custom Orders

We will complete custom orders on all of our products. If you would like a custom that you do not see in our shop please feel free to email you enquiries for customs to info@lainesmagnifiques.com
Custom Dyes will take 7 - 10 business days to complete and are dependent on length of the wait list.
Custom Knits will take approximately 2-3 weeks and are dependent on the length of the wait list.
Custom Shirts will take approximately 2-3 days to complete and again are dependent on length of the wait list.
There is a $20.00 deposit on all custom orders. All deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment for customs are required upon agreement between Laines Magnifiques and the customer to the specifics of the custom. Customs will not be started until full payment is received.
Due to the differences in wool, products may not always be exactly as shown.
Custom dyes can be on any of my colourways shown, or maybe be the customers creation, however, I will not duplicate and other artisits colourway.

Refunds and Returns I will refund products if they are in new condition and able to be restocked. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return shipping as well as insurance.
The buyer will have the choice of store credit or cash refund for returned items.
Refund will be given once item has returned into the possession of Laines Magnifiques.
Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Lotteries and Auctions

Payment is required within 2 hours of winning a lottery or auction.
Please only enter a lottery once, if you are found to be entering more than once you will be removed from the lottery. If it continues to be a problem we will have no choice but to blacklist you from this store.
