Shipping
For domestic purchases, I ship via first class mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation through the USPS. I am not responsible for item(s) after they are shipped. I offer shipping insurance if you would like to purchase it for $1.70 extra per $50. I will ship instock orders within 48 hours and custom orders are shipped (generally) with in 7-10 days unless otherwise noted.

International Orders
Shipping to Canada and Internationally is welcome, however the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Shipping to Canada is at the same rates as shipping to US customers. Please contact me for International shipping prices prior to purchasing.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me, however, all refunds will be at my discretion. If there are any questions about a particular item, I ask that you email me prior to purchasing so that we can discuss them. If I do issue a refund, it will be less shipping charges (unless the return is due to my error in making the item(s)) and will only be issued after I have received the product back. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping.

I ask that you please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s) so that we may discuss how to address the situation.

Repairs

I will gladly do repairs on my jewelry pieces. After receiving the item back, I will determine if the item is needing repair due to my error or due to being mistreated or abused. Items that are needing repair due to my error, will be repaired at no charge. Items needing repair for other reasons will be charged and I will need to receive the payment prior to starting the repair work. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from. I do not work on other artists items.

Cloth Menstrual Pad Care

To care for your cloth pads, rinse them after use with cold water and wash them with your normal laundry or your cloth diapers.  You can also store them in a basin of cool water until you run them through the laundry, if you'd like.  I recommend laying them in the sun from time to time to eliminate any staining that might occur, as well, but drying them in the dryer is perfectly fine too.  My pads are designed to be durable and easy to care for.
