Shipping Information

Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost packages due to Post Office errors. US shipping is via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional $1.65. International orders will be mailed First Class Int'l. Please contact me for a revised invoice if you wish to have your package sent International Priority with Insurance.

I mail orders several times a week M-F (excluding weekends & holidays). In stock items will be mailed within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). Made to Order items will take about 7 days to be mailed.

Return/Exchange policy

I aim to please, so if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me. I will accept returns or exchanges provided the accessories have not been worn or used and are in the original packaging. Please contact me for return/exchange approval within 5 days of receipt of your items. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges will need to be at your expense.
