LIABILITY & SHIPPING I am under no circumstances responsible for any shipping damages, so please purchase insurance for your protection. I will only ship to the address listed in your paypal payment, but feel free to add a temp address in your paypal for your knitter/crocheter. In stock orders are shipped on Mondays after a Friday stocking, and again on Fridays for other purchases. Turn around time for custom orders is approximately 1 week after cleared payment, I will give you a better time line at time of purchase.
Returns: In the event you are unhappy with your yarn, you can return it for a full refund with in 1 week of receiving, if returned in the same condition. There is a 25% restocking fee if I sent it hanked and you send it balled, due to the discount price I will need to offer it to the next customer because of condition. Damaged yarn, soiled, used, smelly from outside sources, etc will not be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
