I will ship your items same or next business day as often as I am able, I am a mom just like most of you and sometimes im not able to get to the post office the same or next day, it is ALWAYS my goal to do so, but if I am not able, I will always keep the lines of communication open with you! Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for all your purchases. Once the product leaves my hands and starts its journey to you, I can no longer be held liable for any damage that may happen to your products while it is in the hands of those shipping it to you. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your products PLEASE let me know! If there was an error on my part (you were sent the wrong scent or wrong item) I will do what I can to solve the issue to make you happy.
