Policies and Diaper Specific Information Policies 1. All in-stock items will ship within 3 days of purchase unless stated otherwise in the listing. 2. Exchanges are allowed on any product in new & unwashed condition within 10 days of receipt. If there is nothing in stock for which you wish to exchange, a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to purchase a custom diaper with your store credit, you will be placed at the end of the current list of custom orders. Regretting a purchase is not grounds for a refund. 3. In the even of defect after 30 days, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 4. The quality of the diapers I sew is guaranteed. If you have any quality issues please contact me immediately. General wear & tear, shrinkage, fading, etc. are not conditions covered by any guarantee. In the event of a quality issue I will refund your return shipping when the defect/issue is verified. If the item is able to be repaired, it will be and then returned to you at my expense. 5. Please choose sizing carefully and measure your child before purchasing. Purchasing an incorrect size is not considered a defect. Choosing colors that do not go together is not considered a defect. Snap colors are available to coordinate with your fabric choices and should also be chosen carefully. If snap colors are not chosen I will use my discretion and sense of style and this is not considered a defect. I am available for custom orders so if you don't see a size that will work for your little one, please contact me. SHIPPING: 1. I ship all orders by USPS with delivery confirmation. 2. I strongly recommend purchasing insurance as I can't be responsible for packages after I have delivered them to the USPS. About the Diapers 1. My diapers are made with organic hemp fleece, organic bamboo velour or cotton velour unless stated otherwise. I wash and dry all my diaper making fabrics. The hemp fleece fabric gets washed 4 times before cutting to minimize shrinkage but there will still be some shrinkage so please buy sizing with this in mind. Hemp fleece becomes more and more absorbent until the 9th wash, when it is at full absorbency. 2. Diapers made with woven fabrics will not stretch to fit your little one the same as ones made with knits. I offer both woven and stretch fabrics. 3. I am available to sew diapers from fabric you have purchased. Keep in mind that the fabric should be pre-washed and that the fit of the diaper may be compromised depending on the kind of fabric chosen. (see #2) 4. I currently use 2 different patterns, the Hippy Hippy Snap and Fatty Cakes. I am an approved seamstress for both. I am currently working on my own front snapping and side snapping pattern and will update when it is available for testers/purchase.
