If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your purchased item (unwashed, unused) for your money back within 7 days after receiving them. No questions asked! It is advised to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation on your return. Rumpknits is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rumpknits reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Items not purchased directly from Rumpknits are not eligible for return, exchange, and/or refunds.

Should you need to dispute any detail of your transaction or return a soaker for a defect or flaw, (something that is the fault of Rumpknits) please contact Cynthia at cynthia@rumpknits.com . Contact must be made within 1 week of customer receiving the item, and the item must be in unworn (may be tried on briefly), unwashed condition. For defects and flaws, credit in the amount of purchase will be given, and the customer will be offered a replacement from either yarn already in stock, or custom dyed yarn at the discretion of Rumpknits.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. However, on occasion, parcel post may be used. Shipping to non-U.S. destinations will incur a fee equal to my costs. If there should be some unforseen delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email. I appreciate your order.

Custom dyeing is not an exact science. The results are often unique each time. Different types of wool uptake dye differently, so sometimes I cannot exactly reproduce a certain color. I will certainly try my best, however.
