Shipping In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders will ship within 2-4 weeks of order date. We ship to the US and Canada only. Items weighing less than 13oz will ship USPS First Class. Items heavier than 13oz will ship USPS Priority Mail. All shipments will include a Delivery Confirmation number and insurance IS NOT included. You may select insurance if you would like. Once your items are in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for them. This includes but is not limited to your items being lost, stolen or damaged. Returns Your satisfaction is very important to us! We inspect every item carefully before shipping. Please inspect your items upon receipt for any defects we might have somehow overlooked. We recommend checking the fit and quality before washing or wearing. If there are any defects in workmanship, please contact me immediately at PunkinDoodlesDiapers@hotmail.com and we will quickly resolve any issues. We want you to be totally pleased with your order. We will repair or exchange at our discretion any defective items within 60 days of purchase date. *Different types of fabric wear differently. Fabric wear is also affected by your wash routine. Normal fabric wear is not a defect in workmanship, therefore it will not be honored under the above warranty. Also, if the diaper has been run through any type of rigorous routine such as dishwasher stripping, bleaching, use of harsh chemicals or if it has been dyed or altered in any way it voids any and all warranty. We urge you to view our Size Chart and take accurate measurements of your child before ordering. If for some reason you simply change your mind, items may be returned within two weeks of delivery date for a full refund minus shipping. Items must be unwashed and unused before a refund will be granted. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and then issue a refund. If we feel the item has already been used, washed or tampered with in any way, you will not receive a refund. Payments We accept credit cards and all forms of Paypal except echeck.
