I try to provide at rest measurements for all items and quality photos. Please review the measurements provided in the item descriptions and never hesitate to contact me regarding sizes. I try very hard to meet customers' needs. I offer a 90 day return policy on workmanship and materials. I don't offer returns because the dress or cape does not fit. I'm more than happy to measure my patterns and even make custom sized items. However, please don't ever hesitate to contact me with any problems.
