Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Knowing that not all babies are the same shapes and sizes, you can return your unworn(except for being tried on)/unwashed items within 30 days with approval. Please email me within 48 hours of receiving the item to work out a return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer, and if an exchange cannot be worked out, a refund will be issued once the product has been received by me. For return approval, please contact me by email.

*Custom Sewing*
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your place on our customs lists. The balance and shipping costs are due before the order is shipped. Please allow two to three weeks from the date of your deposit for completion of custom orders.

*Shipping and Payment*
Items ship from the US to the US, Canada and other international locations. International customers (international meaning anywhere other than the US and Canada) should contact me to try and work out shipping. Payment is required immediately when purchasing from the website and within 72 hours after the auction ends through PayPal. Any products not paid for within 72 hours will be restocked/relisted. At this time, I only accept PayPal (sorry, no checks or money orders). Paypal is free and easy to use. PayPal orders usually ship within 3 days of receipt, not including weekends/holidays. If your payment is not received or other arrangements are not made within 72 hrs, the item will be restocked/relisted.

All items are handmade with the greatest of care. Each item is checked over thoroughly to be sure that no obvious imperfection exists that would affect the function or appearance. Items may vary slightly, however, because of the individual nature of their construction. My home is smoke-free and pet-friendly. I make every effort to make sure that my pets' hair stays away from our sewing areas and thoroughly check over each item before shipping. I want you to be happy with every purchase made from my store. I promise to only list items I would be excited to purchase for my own children.
