In order to receive a full refund, minus shipping, please check your product for sizing before washing. Custom orders may be subject to a 10% restock fee. In stock items will ship within 2 days of payment. Customs oders will ship within 14 days of payment clearing. Shipping insurance is recommended. We are no longer responsible for an item once it has been mailed.
