All items come from our smoke free, kitty friendly home. If you have any questions, please contact me at sue@pinklemonadeshop.com prior to purchasing! Sizing: All people are different sizes and I will adjust any item to fit at the time of purchase. I ask that you measure your wrist/ankle if needed or have a good idea of what length you need when you order. Each item has a spot to select a size. If you need a size other than what is listed, please email me prior to ordering. Sizing is also available after you purchase and receive your order, but at an additional charge. Please contact me for details. Shipping For domestic purchases, I ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation through the USPS. I am not responsible for item(s) after they are shipped. I offer shipping insurance if you would like to purchase it for $1.65 extra. I will ship instock orders within 48 hours and semi-custom and custom orders are shipped (generally) within 7-10 days. International Orders Shipping to Canada and Internationally is welcome, however the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Please contact me via sue@pinklemonadeshop.com for shipping prices prior to purchasing. Payment Options Paypal is the requested form of payment. Please submit payment the same day you purchase your item(s). Any items that I have not received payment for within 24 hours will be canceled and restocked. Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to me, however, all refunds will be at my discretion. If there are any questions about a particular item, I ask that you email me prior to purchasing so that we can discuss them. If I do issue a refund, it will be less shipping charges (unless the return is due to my error in making the item(s) and will only be issued after I have received the product back. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping. I ask that you please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s) so that we may discuss how to address the situation. Layaway/Trades Layaways are handled in a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss terms. I'm always up for trading as well! Repairs I will gladly do repairs on my pieces. After receiving the item back, I will determine if the item is needing repair due to my error or due to being mistreated or abused. Items that are needing repair due to my error, will be repaired at no charge. Items needing repair for other reasons will be charged and I will need to receive the payment prior to starting the repair work. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I do not work on other artist’s items. Disclaimer Many of the items in my shop are designed to be enjoyed by children. None of these items, however, should be worn without adult supervision. I am not responsible for anything that might happen do to misuse or mistreatment of my designs.
